"Looked okay, but felt too scratchy"
The shirt looked decent when I first put it on, and the color was nice enough, but the material felt scratchy and kind of stiff right away. I wore it for about an hour while running a couple errands and grabbing coffee, and it started getting annoying fast. Just not soft or comfy enough for me.

"Cute gift, but the handling could’ve been better"
I ordered something from spiritshop.com as a gift, and it was just okay. The design was cute and the person I gave it to did like it, so that part worked out. But the delivery felt slower than I expected, and when it arrived, it seemed like the package had been handled carelessly. Nothing was completely ruined, but it definitely didn’t give a great first impression. For the price, the quality was just average. I might use them again if I’m really stuck for a gift idea, but I wouldn’t be rushing back...

"Gift showed up way too late"
The tracking said it had shipped, but then it just sat in the same spot for days. After that, it switched to “delayed” and there wasn’t really any useful update or anything. I had ordered this as a gift, and it ended up arriving way too late, even though the site made it seem like it would get here in time. When I contacted customer service, they basically just repeated that same tracking info back to me. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from spiritshop.com again.

"Delivery was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I ordered from Spirit Shop the delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking kept saying it was on the way, but then nothing showed up, and I had to keep chasing for updates myself. Compared to other shops I’ve ordered from, where you usually get clear updates or at least a realistic delivery window, this felt really unreliable. It’s annoying when you’re expecting something by a certain day and you’re just left guessing. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I ordered a hoodie and a couple other items from spiritshop, i was bracing myself for something to be wrong because that seems to happen way too often with online orders. But thankfully, everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The sizes were right, the colors matched, and the school logo was the correct one. No missing items, no weird mix-ups, no back-and-forth with customer service, which was basically all I was hoping for. Happy with it overall

I accidentally ordered the wrong size from spiritshop and had to exchange it. The whole process was easy to figure out, and customer service got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I’m giving 4 stars because the replacement took a little longer to ship than I expected, but it arrived in good shape and the exchange wasn’t a hassle overall...

“Bc when they screw up they don't own up to it and won't fix it as long as they already have your money! And then when you contact customer service you never get an answer in return like me waiting a month and a half later to hear from the manager when they told me incorrect info when I spent $30 to have it faster then they shipped it at their convenience apparently bc 4 days later the ups finally received the item to ship it overnight”
